The job

The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for developing the partner network and driving sales through it.

  • Understand the go-to-market strategy for each product and communicate the product positioning in the target markets
  • Contact, qualify, develop relationships and recruit partner companies in the target geographies outside Bulgaria
  • Working closely with sales teams within each channel partner to train, advise and sell to their customers
  • Meet regularly with counterparts within the partner organisation
  • Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partners
  • Deliver on revenue and other KPI targets
  • Address customer service issues as raised by the channel partner and monitor resolution by Smartcom's support team
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team

Your background and skills

  • We are looking for people who can demonstrate:
  • Successful track record of selling through partner networks outside Bulgaria
  • Very strong personal integrity
  • Outstanding relationship building skills (especially remotely - by email, phone, social media)
  • Understanding of the business model of potential partners
  • Understanding of multi-stakeholder sales in big telecom organizations
  • Experience in selling value through business benefits, not selling on price or features
  • Personal qualities such as: self-starter, self-organizer, energetic, proactive, positive, engaging
