Smartcom delivered a large telecommunications and computing room in the city of Varna. The project included architectural, technological, electrical, fire safety and HVAC design, procurement and installation, project and subcontractor management. The main challenges were: AC, DC and battery boards, a new main distribution board, raised floor over retrofitted structure, yellow ducts for optical cables, cable trays and full cable installation, server rack cabinets, fire alarm and fire extinguishеr system.
In the end, the customer accepted a facility, ready for immediate deployment of telecommunications and computing equipment.
