Provider Service Core

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Main Resposibilities

  • Provide pre and post-sales technical services and support for Smartcom solutions and products
  • Plan and execute conversions, cutover support, requirements recognition, solution topology discussions and other services as needed for product deployment
  • Provide installation support for Oracle Communications products (SBCs, OCCAS, OCCAS-SC) and other products, coordinate the installation work of others as needed
  • Work with customers to ensure technical compatibility with third-party products required for "turnkey" implementations
  • Complete large-sized implementation assignments (multiple Oracle product products and configurations)
  • Create HLD (High-level design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) Documents
  • Create, maintain and update detailed Statements of Work (SOW's), Methods of Procedures (MOP's), project plans and schedules of activities and deliverables
  • Support, create and execute customer acceptance test plans (ATP's)
  • Assist in the pre-sales, sales and post-sales cycles to understand the size and scope, customer requirements for complex service implementation of Oracle-based (and other) products including functional analysis, special feature requests analysis and implementation
  • Perform integration of network nodes and play the role for coordinating the activities and integration of network nodes and applications in IMS/SIP network

Technical Qualification Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent plus a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a technical work environment
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills
  • Excellent English
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status, risks and issues with customers, colleagues and partners.
  • Must have very good knowledge of SIP/SS7/Sigtran/GSM MAP/TCAP/Diameter protocol knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of emerging technology- SIP/Diameter used in 4G LTE/NGN and IMS/SIP environment.
  • Good Linux OS knowledge
  • Must have experience of working on telecom/enterprise projects for the deployment of SBC products and SIP applications
  • Working experience on Oracle Communications SBC (and any other Oracle CGBU product/s) is highly desired.
