• Provide 1st level technical support with remote access and on-site operations
• Participate in installation and commissioning operations
• Stay in support capacity and engage out of working hours when necessary

Engineers will be extensively trained on transmission, and core network, and equipment of various vendors, locally and abroad

• New graduate or 1-2 years of experience in a related field; such as Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications engineering
• TCP/IP and Network Systems knowledge; SDH/DWDM systems, fiber optics and optical telecommunications knowledge is a plus
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Good communication skills
• Energetic and observer, open to learning
• Analytical thinking capability
• Eager to work in the telecommunications sector
• Available to travel abroad for training and work purposes
• Ability to encounter customers if necessary
• Have no restriction to work in 7/24 time based flexible working times
• Have a driving license (B class) and experience
